半补强炭黑对增塑PVC的紫外光稳定性的影响

摘    要:采用黏均分子质量测定、衰减全反射-傅里叶转换红外光谱(ATR—FTIR)和力学性能测试等方法研究了半补强炭黑(SRF)对增塑PVC的紫外光稳定和降解性能的影响。实验结果表明,SRF的加入能有效提高增塑PVC的抗紫外光性能,由于SRF表面含有较多的活性基团,同时对增塑PVC具有一定的补强作用,所以材料的力学性能有了很大提高。当SRF的添加量为2份时,紫外光照射800h过程中,黏均分子质量的下降得到有效的延缓,力学性能也得到较好保持。
