早期断奶仔猪日粮蛋氨酸和苏氨酸水平的研究

试验采用早期断奶仔猪 (2 6± 1日龄 ,6 .6 8± 0 .0 4kg体重 ) 72头 ,按 2× 3因素水平设计 ,即 2个蛋氨酸水平(0 .2 9% ,0 .39% )和 3个苏氨酸水平 (0 .6 0 % ,0 .6 8%和 0 .76 % )分为 6种日粮处理。基础日粮为玉米 -小麦 -豆粕-花生粕型日粮 ,试验期为 2 2d ,测定仔猪断奶后 0～ 10d ,11～ 2 2d及全期生长性能。结果表明 ,早期断奶仔猪断奶后营养应进一步分阶段供给 ,断奶早期 (2 6～ 36日龄 ,6 .6 8～ 8.1kg体重 )日粮中适宜的蛋氨酸与苏氨酸水平应为0 .39% (Met+Cys 0 .71% )及 0 .6 8% ,断奶后期 (37～ 48日龄 ,8.31～ 14.0kg体重 )为 0 .2 9% (Met +Cys 0 .6 1% )及0 .6 8%。

A Study on the Optimum Dietary Levels of Methionine and Threonine for Early-weaned Piglets

The experiment arrangen in a 2×3 factorial arrangement, two methionine levels and three threonine levels, formed six dietary treatments was carried out. Basal diet was corn-wheat-soybean meal-peanut meal type. The experimental period was twenty two days. Growth performance were measured in 0 to 10 day, 11 to 22 day and entire period. Results show that the nutritional needs of postweaning pigs should be met by stages at the early stage postweaning. They should be given 0.39% Met(Met+Cys0.71%) and 0.68% Thr in the diet when pigs were 26 to 36 days of age and 6.68 to 8.13 kg weight 0.29% Met(Met+Cys0.61%) and 0.68% Thr were recommended at the latter stage postweaning when pigs were 37 to 42 days of age and 8.31 to 14.0 kg weight.
