摘    要:研究了PVC/Elvaloy741/MBS及PVC/Elvaloy741/MBS/CaCO3共混填充新体系,对其物理机械性能的测试结果进行了讨论。结果表明:当PVC为100份、Elvaloy741为6份、MBS用量为25.5份时,体系冲击强度达到46.3kJ/m^2,且综合性能良好;该三元共混体系的填充大量CaCO3(100份)时,仍能保持较高的缺口冲击强度(17kJ/m^2),显示出良好的填充性。

Abstract:A new blending and filling system of PVC/Elvaloy741/MBS as well as PVC/Elvaloy741/MBS/CaCO3 was introduced in this paper. The physical and mechanical properties of the above system were also studied. The system comprising PVC 100, Elvaloy741 6 and MBS 25.5 parts showed impact strength 46.3 kJ/m2 and good over-all property. This ternary blends could maintain high notch impact strength (about 17 kJ/m2) when large amount of CaCO3 (about 100 parts) was added, which showed that the filling property was good.
