EPS无刷直流电动机控制系统研究与仿真分析

摘    要:简要介绍了电动助力转向(EPS)系统的结构与工作原理,阐述了EPS系统对助力电动机的性能要求。在分析无刷直流电动机(BLDCM)数学模型的基础上,建立了EPS无刷直流电动机控制系统的仿真模型,并进行了仿真分析。仿真结果验证了系统的可行性、高可靠性以及控制方法的有效性,为EPS系统的设计提供了新的思路。

Abstract:A brief introduction about the structure and working principles of electric power steering system is given. The performance requirements for assistant motor of EPS system are expressed. Based on the mathematical model of the brushless DC motor (BLDCM), the simulation model of EPS control system using BLDCM is set up, and its simulation analysis is made. The feasibility, high reliability of the system and the validity of the control method are proved by the results. And a new thoughtway is offered for designing EPS system.
