微孔玻璃纤维的研制

摘    要:采用酸浸析法,研制出平均孔径(直径)小于2nm的微孔玻璃纤维。研究了原始玻璃组分、分相处理条件等工艺参数对微孔玻璃纤维平均孔径、比表面积的影响。实验结果表明,随着原始玻璃组分中酸可溶物含量的增加,酸沥后多孔体积和比表面积增大,同样,提高分相处理温度和时间也能够提高微孔玻璃的空隙率。还研制出中空硼硅酸盐等玻璃纤维,并采用酸浸析法制备了中空微孔玻璃纤维,与微孔玻璃纤维相比,中空微孔玻璃纤维具有更高的比表面积和孔隙体积。

Abstract:Micropore fiberglass with mean pore size less than 2nm was prepared by acid leaching.The influences of matrix glass composition and heat treatment for phase separation on the pore size,specific surface area and pore volume were studied.The results show that after leaching the glass pore volume and specific surface increase with increase in compositions of acid soluble and temperature for phase separation.The hollow fiber with moicropores was also prepared by the same method and it has larger pore volume and specific surface area as compared with that of the solid fiberglass.
