摘    要:在分析了机械进丸抛丸器中分丸轮外壁失效的基础上设计出了一种新型的平行窗口带凹槽的分丸轮,降低了分丸轮外壁与弹丸的摩擦能量损耗,提高了机械进丸抛丸器的抛丸率和抛丸量。

Abstract:In this article, the invalidation of the ektexine of the impeller was analyzed, and basing on this a new type of impeller with flutes was designed. The friction energy consumption of ektexine and pellet was decreased and the shot blasting capacity and efficiency was also improved.
