Mn含量对贝氏体抗磨钢组织和性能的影响

摘    要:为找出耐磨性韧性配合优良的Mn的成分,从而获得以下贝氏体为主的抗磨钢,研究了合金元素Mn对低合金贝氏体抗磨钢组织和性能的影响.结果表明,实验材料在铸态下就获得了下贝氏体组织,经过热处理后,组织更细小均匀.并且随Mn含量的增加,硬度上升,冲击韧度下降,且在2.8%Mn处取得强韧性配合优良的最佳值.

Abstract:To research Mn content with excellent wear ability and toughness, which obtains the steel with stable banitic matrix, the effects of Mn content on microstructure and mechanical properties of low alloy wear-resistant cast steel were studied. The results show that the as-cast microstructure is low bainite.
