摘    要:PLC、变频器在工业控制领域的应用极为广泛。本文以三菱FX2N系列PLC和三菱S500变频器为核心,实现对电机的无级调速。该系统采用PC机进行监控,PLC与变频器之间通过RS485接口实现通信,并由PCL改变变频器中频率参数,从而实现对电机的多种调速。由于不用PLC专门的A/D、D/A转换模块,使控制成本较常规的方法更低。同时,本系统使用RS485通信方式,可扩展到多台PLC、变频器共同工作,具备一定的联网功能。

Abstract:PLCs and inverters are widely used in the field of industry control,such as for a single instrument control or for the automation facility control of a factory.The stepless-speed regulation for motors is achieved by using PLCs of Series FX2N Mutisubish and Inverter S500 as the key components.The system is monitored by a computer and can complete various electric machinery speed control.Because it has none of A/D and D/A converter modules for PLCs,the cost of the system is lower than that of normal ones.On t...
