摘    要:纳米二氧化锡为一种常用气敏材料,可通过不同方法制备二氧化锡纳米材料,利用电子显微镜,观察纳米材料的形貌、大小、结晶、生长、缺陷以及团聚现象,分析、总结制备工艺及方法对材料结构影响.

Abstract:SnO_2 is one kind of gas sensitive material, which were prepared by different methods. By using Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM), the shape ,size, crystal growth ,defect and aggregate of nanosize material were observed. The characterization and infection to the micro-structure of material were analyzed.
