综采、综掘技术的不断发展,是我国的煤炭生产水平得以长足发展的主要动力。随着矿井产量的大幅提升,综掘速度慢已经成为制约矿井生产的主要因素。如何在影响煤矿生产这一瓶颈中有所突破,王庄煤矿先后在EBJ-120掘进机和EBZ-150掘进机上进行了大胆探索,尤其是EBZ-150掘进机前配套在使用过程中具有更强的适应性,有较高的推广和应用价值。

Research and Application about Technology of EBZ-150 Roadheader with Bolting System

The developing of mining technology is the main impetus about the long developing of mine producing level in China.With the increase production in the coal mine,the slowly roadheading is became the main reason to restrict the mine producing.How to solve this problem,Whangzhuang coal mine did the research of EBJ-120 and EBZ-150 roadheader with bolting system in turn,particularly,the EBZ-150 roadheader bolting system has the more strongly adaption and high value of application.
