二河新泄洪闸施工期混凝土温控防裂研究

摘    要:采用有限元方法并经过初步计算、反分析计算和反馈计算,对二河新泄洪闸施工期混凝土的温度应力和徐变应力进行仿真分析并指导施工,实现了在水闸施工中不出现一条肉眼可见裂缝的防裂目标。实践证明只要施工方法合理,事先进行充分地科研工作,完全可以实现不出现肉眼可见裂缝的防裂目标。

Abstract:The temperature control and crack prevention of concrete in the construction of new Erhe sluice gate are studied.It is focused in primary calculation,counter-analysis and feedback iteration with finite element method,and there is no crack which can be seen by naked eyes in the gate.Practice proves that so long as the measure is reasonable, and research is in advance of work,the purpose that no crack can be seen by naked eyes will be realized.
