| 摘 要： | 针对煤炭企业发展循环经济面临着从宏观层面到微观层面的许多问题,煤炭综合利用技术及废弃物资源化技术滞后,导致煤炭资源利用效率低及废弃物综合利用不经济,煤炭企业经营者的业绩考核指标中缺失循环经济成分,庞大的投资需求限制了煤炭企业进行产业链的延伸、煤炭企业发展循环经济的对策等问题,提出了解决思路与对策.
