| 摘 要： | 在经济生活中,收入分配是特别引人注意的问题,它集中了经济利益和主要改革方向,工资制度改革的目标是建立社会主义市场经济和现代企业制度相适应的薪酬分配制度,对内具有激励性,对外具有吸引力。论述了企业工资统计存在的主要问题,并对企业工资统计改革提出了具体建议。
