VAPO-11分子筛的合成及甲苯氧化性能

摘    要:水热法合成了VAPO-11分子筛,对合成出的VAPO-11分子筛进行了XRD、BET、NMR、TGA、DTA、SEM、荧光元素分析、ICP等物化表征。VAPO-11分子筛中隔离的骨架四面体钒在甲苯氧化中有较好的活性和选择性,甲苯转化率可达29%,苯甲醛选择性达到46%,苯甲酸选择性为19%。其催化性能优于AlPO4-11、硅胶、Naβ、NaZSM-5、NaY负载的V2O5催化剂和VAPO-5催化剂。

Synthesis of VAPO-11 for Selective Oxidation of Toluene
Abstract:Vanadium aluminophosphates with AEL structure(VAPO-11) were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis and characterized by several physicochemical techniques(i.e.,XRD,NMR,BET,TGA,DTA,SEM,ICP).The conditions of hydrothermal synthesis were determined.In air-oxidation of toluene-air over VAPO-11,the conversion of toluene,selectivity of benzaldehyde and benzoic acid were 29%,46% and 19% respectively.Their catalytic properties were better than corresponding AlPO4-11,silicagel,Naβ,NaZSM-5,NaY supported vanadium or VAPO-5 catalysts.Isolated tetrahedral V5+ species in the framework of AEL structure were supposed to be the active and selective sites for air-oxidation of toluene.
