产地、品种和年际对大豆矿物元素含量的影响

摘    要:研究产地、品种、年份及其交互作用对大豆中矿物元素的影响,在2014—2016年黑龙江嫩江和北安两个大豆主产区连续三年种植10个不同品种的大豆,得到90份大豆样本作为实验研究目标。利用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry,ICP-MS)测定大豆中52种矿物元素含量,结合多元方差分析探寻产地、品种、年份及其交互作用对大豆矿物元素含量的影响,筛选大豆产地特征元素。结果表明,大豆中受产地影响较大的元素有Mg、K、V、Mn、Co、Cu、Rb、Sr、Pd、La、Pr、Nd、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Ir、Ti、Dy、Er和Hf;受年份影响较大的元素As、Se、Ag、Sb、Te、Tb、Er、V、Pd、Ir、Lu、Hf、Pt、Au和Pb;受品种影响较大的元素Cr、Dy、Ho和Pb。对大豆中与产地直接相关的矿物元素进行主成分分析和判别分析,最终元素Mg、Mn、Sr、La、Gd、Tb、Hf和Ti先后进入了判别模型,对大豆产地的整体正确判别率为93.2%,可见该模型对嫩江和北安大豆样品具有有效的判别力。

Effects of origin, variety and interannual on the content of soybean mineral elements
Abstract:Study on the effects of origin, variety, year and its interaction on mineral elements in soybean,?In the 2014-2016 Heilongjiang Nenjiang and Bei''an two main producing areas of soybean for three consecutive years to grow 10 different varieties of soybeans,?90 samples of soy samples were obtained as experimental study targets.?The content of 52 mineral elements in soybean was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Combined with multiple variance analysis to explore the origin,?variety,?year and its interaction on the content of soybean mineral elements,?screening soybean origin elements.?The results show that the elements influencing the origin of soybean are Mg, K, V, Mn, Co, Cu, Rb, Sr, Pd, La, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Ir, Ti, Dy, Er and Hf;?Elements affected by the year As,?Se,?Ag,?Sb,?Te, Tb,?Er,?V,?Pd,?Ir,?Lu,?Hf,?Pt,?Au and Pb;?Factors that are heavily influenced by varieties are Cr, Dy, Ho and Pb.?The perform principal component analysis and discriminant analysis of the mineral elements directly related to the origin of soybean were carried out,?The finally elements Mg, Mn, Sr, La, Gd, Tb, Hf and Ti have entered the discriminant model,?The overall correct rate of soybean origin is 93.2%.?Therefore, the model has an effective discriminant for soybean samples from Nenjiang and Bei''an.
