Integrated Order Monitoring and Resource Monitoring

The logistical efficiency of an enterprise can be continually improved if the Pro-duction Planning and Control(PPC) can be designed as an adaptive control loop. Therefore, itis necessary to adopt the "Monitoring System" as a feedback component. The monitoring sys-tem is based on a general process model and it, analogous to the time plan and resource plan ofa PPC system, supports the view of the order-oriented and resource-oriented process. Conse-quently, continual monitoring and adjustment of the logistical process over all the productionstages can be realized.
