摘 要: | 如果能成功地把生产计划与控制(PPC)设计成具有匹配能力的调节回路,则可以持续改进企业的后勤保障效率。为此,有必要采用“监控系统”作为反馈环节。该监控系统是建立在通用的过程模型基础之上,它与生产计划与控制系统的日期计划和资源占用计划相类似,支持面向订单和资源的过程观点。因此,可以对所有生产等级的后勤保障流程进行持续的监控和修正。

Abstract: | The logistical efficiency of an enterprise can be continually improved if the Pro-duction Planning and Control(PPC) can be designed as an adaptive control loop. Therefore, itis necessary to adopt the "Monitoring System" as a feedback component. The monitoring sys-tem is based on a general process model and it, analogous to the time plan and resource plan ofa PPC system, supports the view of the order-oriented and resource-oriented process. Conse-quently, continual monitoring and adjustment of the logistical process over all the productionstages can be realized. |
