摘    要:为改善亚麻织物的染色性能,采用等离子体对亚麻织物进行处理,引发接枝改性,采用混合丙烯酸和苯乙烯为接枝单体。确定了较优工艺条件:苯乙烯与丙烯酸的体积比为3∶7,接枝温度为60℃,接枝单体质量分数为80%,等离子体处理时间为4 min。结果表明,接枝亚麻对阳离子染料的上染率从接枝前的22.4%提高到55.7%。

Abstract:In order to improve the dyeing properties of linen fabric,plasma treatment was used to initiate graft polymerization of blended acrylic acid and vinyl benzene onto linen fabric.The optimal conditions were as follow: blending ratio of vinyl benzene and acrylic acid 3∶7,grafting temperature 60 ℃,monomer concentration 80%,and plasma treating time 4 min.The dye-uptake of cationic dyes was increased from 22.4% to 55.7% via plasma initiated graft polymerization onto linen fabric.
