| 摘 要： | 资本结构是因企业采取不同的融资方式而形成的,各种融资方式的不同组合类型决定了公司资本结构及其变化。本文就企业如何选择最适合的融资上市以达到资本结构的最优化进行了分析,阐述了不同的融资结构会产生不同的财务风险及对资本结构的不同影响。
