铝锭铸造机模糊控制系统在PLC中的实现

摘    要:铸造机的铸造速度是生产高质量铝锭的关键参数,常规PID控制器难以保证铸造速度的精度要求和稳定性需求.本文采用模糊控制克服了系统的非线性和滞后等因素,使铸造速度达到了工艺需求.详细介绍了模糊控制在PLC系统中的实现方法,并给出了硬件配置和软件设计流程.该系统已用于多台大型铝锭铸造机,获得了预期的控制效果.

Abstract:Casting velocity is a key parameter to product high quality aluminum ingot with casting machine, but general PID controller is difficult to insure precision and stability of casting velocity. This paper adopts fuzzy control to overcome the nonlinear factor and lag of system and carry its technology requirement eventually. It introduced in detail how to realize fuzzy control algorithm in a PLC system and described PLC hardware configuration and software design flow. The system has been used in large- type casting machines of aluminum ingot and achieve expect control effect.
