摘    要:云浮发电厂2号机高压导汽短管多次发生裂纹。为此,从裂纹发生的具体部位、短管几何尺寸、材质性能、金相组织以及断口电镜等方面进行了分析。分析认为,裂纹属于高温疲劳裂纹,材质不合格是产生疲劳裂纹的主要原因,短管焊缝处于应力集中处是产生疲劳裂纹的次要原因。并且采取相应的整改措施。

Abstract:In light of the multiple cracks that took place on the short HP steam conduits of Unit 2 in Yunfu Power Plant,an analysis is conducted in terms of the trouble spots,conduit dimensions,material properties,metallurgical structure and electronfractography. It is concluded that the cracks were heat fatigue cracks that mainly resulted from poor quality material and partially from the concentrated stress on the welded joints. Corresponding measures are then taken to tackle the problem.
