植物中蔗糖酶的研究进展

摘    要:在大多数高等植物中,蔗糖是碳水同化产物由源向库运输的主要形式。在库中,蔗糖酶可以把蔗糖水解为葡萄糖和果糖,以满足植物生长发育中对碳源和能源的需求。本文综述了近年来有关蔗糖酶的一些研究进展,包括蔗糖酶的分类、基本性质、基因结构、酶活性的调节以及功能等。

Abstract:In higher plants, sucrose is the main form of assimilated carbon to be transported from "source" to "sink" tissues, where sucrose was cleaved into Glu and Fru by invertase to provide cells with carbon and energy for plant growth and development. Therefore, invertase plays an important role in source-sink interaction and plant energy supply. In this paper some advance in invertase research including the classification, main properties, gene regulation, and its functions were reviewed.
