Automatic Bagging Machine Based on Control System of Siemens S7-1200

In order that pillow bags of salt packets can achieve automatic conveying,lifting,shaping,laminated,filling,and coated nylon bags can automatically take bags,automatic open bags,automatic bag,automatic folder bag,automatic shape bag after bag,automatic process,automatic sew and all automatic functions,automatic bagging machine was developed based on Siemens S7- 1200. The system controlled five servo,five inverters and other execution units to achieve the control function by two programmable controller（ PLC）. It was described in detail that the entire control system program framework and focused on programmable controller to achieve five servo stacking,automatic bagging,automatic taking bags and automatic sorting bags of the finished product.
