橡胶颗粒与地层孔喉匹配关系研究与应用

摘    要:针对橡胶颗粒注入性较差的问题,采用砾石充填防砂工艺中目前通用的砾石设计思路,研究了橡胶颗粒与地层孔喉的匹配关系,即不同粒度中值橡胶颗粒在地层中渗滤面调剖、深部调剖、无封堵作用三种情况下的地层渗透率范围,得出适于橡胶颗粒调剖的地层渗透率范围为4500~10000×10-3μm2。2010年,在文明寨油田进行了3井组的应用,共注入调剖剂3408m3,总体效果实现了注入压力升高,改善波及体积的目的,试验累计增油1511.9t,降水3210m3。

Abstract:It is difficulty to inject rubber particles into reservoirs. Enlightened by the gravel-size design in sand control procedure of gravel pack, we study the matching relationship of rubber particles to formation aperture. The results shows that the rubber particle can enter into the formation with permeability between 4 500 and 10 000×10(-3)μm. Field tests have been made in selected 3 well grops in Wenmingzhai Oilfield, injecting agents of 3 408 m3 in total .The results show hinger injection pressure and improved sweep efficiency. The amount of cumulatively increased oil reaches 1 511.9 t and water 3 210 m3.
