摘 要: | 聚丙烯纤维网是经过近百种材料的筛选,用特殊工艺加工而成。试验证明:将其掺入混凝土,可形成一种高性能纤维增强水泥基复合材料,它使混凝土的整体性能,如:抗压、抗拉、抗弯、抗震、防爆破、抗冲击、抗疲劳、抗冻融、抗渗等得到全面提升,已在水利工程中应用,在正在实施的南水北调中线工程可能采用的大型RCCP中,如掺入该材料可减小壁厚,可大大降低造价。

Abstract: | Polypropylene fiber mesh is made of many kind materials with special techniques. Adding it to concrete, improvement of integral performance is verified by experimentation, such as press-resistant, pulling-resistant, bending-resistant and seepage-resistant. It has already applied in hydraulic works. If adding this material to the PCCP pipe probably used in the middle route of water transfer from South to North, it can greatly save the project cost. |
