| 摘 要： | 洪山灌区是一个老灌区，输水渠系线路长，数量大，质量差，田间灌溉工程老化失修、损毁严重，渠系水利用率不高；灌区地势倾斜不平，大多数农田仍然是大水漫灌，田间水量损失严重。因此，灌区农业节水改造的重点应是工程节水和管理节水。

| Abstract: | Hongshan Irrigation District is an old irrigation district.The irrigation canal of transmitting water has a long route,a large amount and poor quality.The old irrigation works have aged and destroyed heavily.The water efficieny of canal system is low,the terrain of the irrigation district is incline and unleveled.Most of the farmland is irrigated by wild flooding.The amount of water loss is severe.So the focal points of water-saving reform in Hongshan District are water-saving of works and management. |
