| 摘 要： | 有关高校收费的争议颇多,但从扩大教育规模,促进教育公平的实现,实行成本分担、体现教育公平原则、让利于义务教育阶段的投入等角度看,教育收费对于促进教育公平有着特定的积极意义。因为,教育收费扩张了教育公平的价值,与免费教育比较,体现了教育公平的合理性。

| Abstract: | The tuitions system in colleges and universities is controversial.From the perspectives of expansion of educational scale,share of cost,embodiment of educational fairness,more investment in the compulsory education,tuitions in higher learning play a positive role in the promotion of educational fairness, because that charges of education enlarges the value of educational fairness and that compared with free education,it embodies its rationality. |
