机械合金化制备Mo-Cu复合材料的研究

摘    要:采用机械合金化制备致密的Mo-18%Cu复合材料, 利用粒度分析仪、XRD和SEM研究了不同球磨时间对Mo-Cu复合材料的粉末粒度、形貌、力学性能和断裂形貌的影响。试验结果表明, 随着球磨时间的增加, 粉末的晶粒尺寸不断减小, 烧结后样品的相对密度不断提高。球磨60 h的混合粉末在1 350 ℃下烧结2 h后的相对密度可达98.6%, 硬度达63.9HRC。

Abstract:Compact composite material (Mo-18%Cu) was prepared by mechanical alloying. The effects of different milling times on powder size, morphology, mechanical property and fracture of the composite were analyzed by using particle size analyser, XRD and SEM. The results showed that the power size decreased with the increase of milling time, while the relative density of sintered samples increased. The relative density and hardness of the mixed powders milled for 60 hours and sintered at 1 350 ℃ for 2 hours reached 98.6% and 63.9 HRC, respectively.
