不间断电力变电站中分布式电源接入系统研究

摘    要:将新兴的发电技术(风力发电、燃料电池发电)及新型储能技术(制氢储能、超导储能装置)引入传统的电力变电站后,由于各分布式电源的多样性和复杂性,使得整个系统的运行和控制变的复杂,独立运行单个分布式电源,很难维持整个系统的频率和电压稳定。提出让高度可控的分布式电源,如燃料电池发电系统在通过电压源型逆变器并网的同时参与系统的频率和电压调节,用以解决随机性较大的分布式电源,如风力发电系统功率输出的随机性导致电网电能质量下降的问题。最后通过仿真分析验证了储能装置的这种并网方式能够有效地提高变电站输出电能质量。

Abstract:When introducing the burgeoning power generation technology and new types of energy storage technology such as wind farm power generation,fuel cell,hydrogen production based energy storage and superconducting magnetic energy storage,to traditional power substation,the various types of distributed generation(DG) are to be independently controlled by their owners,the large-scale introduction of DGs makes system operation complicated.In this paper,the controllable DGs such as fuel cells in the UPS are connected to the grid through the voltage source inverter and participated in voltage control and primary frequency control of the system.The proposed method is helpful to improve the power quality decline of the substation because of the existence of the uncontrollable DGs such as a wind power generation in the UPS.And the simulation results show qualitatively that this method will improve the output power quality of the substation.
