管线钢钙处理模拟实验研究

摘    要:根据管线钢工业生产钙处理工艺,在实验室条件下通过水模拟和热态模拟实验研究优化了钙处理工艺参数。结果表明,当喂线位置在2个透气砖夹角中心线上且在其对面半区距包壁R/2处,喂线深度为0.6H,底吹气量为12 m3/h时,熔池均混效果较好。在实际生产中,应根据钢水成分,特别是全铝和酸溶铝的质量分数来确定钙线的喂入量。喂线后钢水软吹5~10 min较为合适。

Abstract:In this paper, the calcium treatment parameters were optimized through water simulation experiment and induction furnace experiment in laboratory. The results show that, the mixing effect is the best when feeding position at the opposite area of blowing points and on the midpoint of ladle semi-diameter which dispart the sharp crossing angle of the two diameters through the blowing point averagely, feeding depth 0.6H and blowing rate 12m^3/h. Feeding quantity of calcium wire lies on the steel component, especially the content of total aluminum and dissolved aluminum. For soft-blowing time,5-10 minutes is suitable after feeding.
