| 摘 要： | 通过阐述遗传算法的基本理论，提出了将遗传算法用于房地产投资策略研究的基本原理和方法，建立了遗传算法用于房地产投资分析的数学模型，并以某房地产公司为例验证了遗传算法用于房地产投资策略分析的可行性.

| Abstract: | The basic theories of Genetic Algorithms(GAs) is put out,then the principles and methods for applying GAs in the research of investment analysis (Fundamental Analysis and Technical Analysis) of Real Estate are given. Finally, the feasibility of the models is proved by an example of Real Estate Cooperation. |
