摘    要:本文在分析终端空域微下击暴流(Microburst)是造成目前空难事故主要原因的基础上,提出以离散寻址空地交联气象信息网综合处理方法,实现低空风切变探测与告等,并给航班机组人员提供前置空域气象咨询服务的系统设想和主流程.同时文中还给出了Microburst简化模型的二维风场模拟仿真,以及空地交联低空风切变探测系统的特点分析等.

Abstract:Expensive equipment such as TDWR is used in airportS of developed countries for low-levelwindshcar detection and warning.In developing countries,there acests an urgent need for inexpensiveequipment at airports to deal with low-level windsbear problem.The inexpensive equipment proposed in this paper is called the low-level windshear dctCction andwarning system of aireground communication with discrate addressing. and its main featllres are:(1)Ample capacity to furnish windshear information to many airPlanes simultaneously.The proPOsed equipment can process large amout of data and can furnish informition to as many as for50 civilaviation flights.(2)High reliability.To ensure reliability.the authors employ proven technical products connectedwith direct-meteorologic sensor. These technical products are available on the world market, but they arealso manufactured in P.R.China. The employment of such products make the proposed equipment freefrom being affected by the outer heat radiation, ground clutter and dry-damp microburst.(3)Furnishing of most critical windshear information. Windsbear information of the airspace immediately ahead of any flight is the most critical information for that flight and it can be furnished.(4)Good compatibility.This is because the proposed equipment works on the data link of themode-S rules stipulated by ICAO.
