| 摘 要： | 随着网络技术的飞速发展，“管-控一体化”的系统集成成为企业关注的热点。然而，管理信息网和工业控制网在结构上的差异，使在系统集成过程中需要分析研究相应特点与集成技术。在介绍企业控制网和管理信息网各自的应用范围、作用和功能的基础上，给出了实现两者集成的关键技术，并针对每种技术的特点提出了最适宜的应用场合。
