| 摘 要： | 针对目前国内对提高电能质量综合监测水平的迫切要求,参照国际电工委员会（IEC）推荐的方法,结合工程实际,对国家标准规定的六项电能质量指标作出了监测,为了提高测量精度和实时性,同时易于用计算机实现,构造了一种网络化的新型电能质量监测系统。该系统可完成国标规定的电能质量指标的测量,并有数据显示、存储、通信和录波等功能。实践表明该系统运行情况可靠、稳定。 |

| Abstract: | According to domestic urgent requirement for raising the comprehensive inspection level of electrical energy quality, and combined with project reality and the method recommended by IEC, a kind of new comprehensive inspection system of electric energy quality based on network-oriented was realized, which can make comprehensive inspection of the 6 electric energy quality index assigned by national standard, and can raise the measurement precision and realize easily on computer. This system can complete the measurement of the quality index of electric energy, and has the functions such as data indication and stock, communication and record. The practice of this system shows that the operation condition is reliable and stable. |
