乳化炸药生产过程中敏化温度的模糊PID控制

摘    要:针对乳化炸药生产过程中敏化温度控制系统, 采用模糊PID参数自整定控制方法, 利用模糊推理的方法对PID参数进行在线修改, 并利用Matlab的Simulink仿真工具箱进行了常规PID与模糊PID的仿真比较实验。仿真结果表明, 模糊PID可以使敏化温度控制系统达到更好的控制效果。

Abstract:As for the sensitizing temperature control system in emulsion explosives production, a self-tuning method for fuzzy PID parameters was adopted by using a fuzzy inference to realize online automatic regulation of PID parameters and Simulink toolbox of Matlab to make a comparison between the conventional PID and simulations of fuzzy PID controller. Simulation results show that fuzzy PID controller could get better effect in temperature control system of emulsion explosive′s sensibilization.
