卡巴胆碱联合胸腺素对多器官功能障碍综合征病人细胞免疫功能的影响

目的: 研究卡巴胆碱和胸腺素对多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法: 随机将MIDS患者208例分为正常治疗组、卡巴胆碱组、胸腺素组和联合治疗组,用流式细胞仪测量HLA-DR及淋巴细胞凋亡的变化。结果: 正常治疗组与其他治疗组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)、卡巴胆碱组与胸腺素组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；联合治疗组与其他组比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。卡巴胆碱和胸腺素治疗可以提高MODS病人的免疫功能,联合使用效果更佳。结论: 卡巴胆碱和胸腺素在MODS病人的治疗中有一定价值。

Effect of carbachol and thymosin on the function of cell-ular immune in patients with multiple organ dysfunction

AIM: To study carbachol and thymosin on cellular immune function in patients with MODS. METHODS: 208 cases of MODS patients were selected, which were randomly divided into the normal treatment group, carbachol group, thymosin group and the combined treatment group. Using flow cytometry to test the changes of CD₁₄⁺ monocots human leukocyte antigen DR (HLA-DR) and Lymphocyte apoptosis. RESULTS: Normal treatment group was compared with the other treatment groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); carbachol group was compared with the thymosin group, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); the combination therapy group comparing with other groups,the difference was also significant (P<0.05). Carbachol and thymosin can enhance immune function in patients with MODS, combined treatment doing better effect. CONCLUSION: Carbachol and thymosin has some clinical value on the treatment of MODS.
