露天矿山爆破效果与综合成本优化研究

摘    要:借助3GSM三维岩体不接触测量系统以及点荷载强度试验, 对某矿山进行了地质调查, 对矿山的岩体进行可钻性、可爆性和完整性分级, 并在此基础上, 通过现场爆破试验, 统计爆破大块率, 评价爆破效果, 同时, 以大块率为指标, 确定大块率与穿孔成本、爆破成本、铲装成本、运输成本和二次破碎成本之间的关系, 利用线性回归分析, 建立了综合成本模型。该研究可为矿山提高生产效率和成本优化提供指导作用。

Abstract:With the help of a 3D rock mass non-contact measuring system(3GSM) and point load strength test for rock, the drillability, blastability and integrity of the rock in a mine were graded based on the geological survey conducted for it. On this basis, the blasting boulder yield was calculated through an on-site blasting test to evaluate the blasting effect. Also taking boulder yield as an indicator, the relationships among boulder yield, drilling and blasting cost, loading and transportation cost, as well as secondary crushing cost were obtained. After the linear regression analysis, a comprehensive cost model was established, which can provide some guidance for improving operation efficiency and optimizing production cost in the mine.
