甘露醇溶液与硫酸镁溶液用于妇科术前肠道清洁临床效果比较

目的: 比较口服甘露醇溶液与硫酸镁溶液用于妇科术前肠道准备临床效果,以便指导临床选择用药。方法: 选择准备行子宫切除病例106例,随机分为口服甘露醇溶液组(n=53)与口服硫酸镁组(n=53),比较两组患者肠道清洁度、排便次数、术后排气时间及不良反应。结果: 两组患者在肠道清洁度、排便次数、排气时间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者在发生恶心、呕吐,胃痛,腹胀、腹痛,肛门刺激,头晕、头痛等不良反应差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论: 两组患者疗效与不良反应发生率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),均可作为妇科术前肠道准备使用药物;但硫酸镁味苦,易长菌;甘露醇使用方便,易保存,口感好,可广泛用于妇科手术前肠准备。

Clinical effect comparison on gynecological preoperative bowel cleansing with mannitol solution and magnesium sulfate solution

AIM: To compare the clinical effect on gynecological preoperative bowel cleansing with mannitol solution and magnesium sulfate solution,in order to guide clinical drugs of choice. METHODS: The prepare hysterectomy medical records 106 cases were chosed,which was randomly divided into oral the mannitol solution group (n=53) and oral magnesium sulfate group (n=53). The intestinal cleanliness, number of bowel movements,exhaust time and related adverse reactions were compared.RESULTS: There was no statistical significance in the intestinal cleanliness, number of bowel movements,exhaust time in the two groups (P>0.05); there was no statistical significance in the nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, bloating, abdominal pain, anal stimulation,dizziness,headache in the two groups (P>0.05). CONCLUSION: There was no significant difference in the clinical effect and the related adverse reactions in the two groups.Mannitol solution and magnesium sulfate solution can be used in clinic,but magnesium sulfate solution is bitter in taste. Mannitol solution is easy to use, easy to store, and good taste, and can be widely used for bowel preparation before gynecologic surgery.
