| 摘 要： | 本文运用文献资料收集、调查研究、专家论证等研究方法,主要从运动休闲专业人才培养的指导思想、课程设置、方案实施等几个方面的科学性进行探讨,从而得出人才培养方案的科学性是培养优秀人才的前提,是满足社会需求的必要条件;课程设置的科学性是培养专业优秀人才的保证;实施方案的科学性是使人才满足社会需求的必要途径,是推动休闲运动发展及社会发展的动力。

| Abstract: | This paper explores the guideline, curriculum planning and curriculum execution of professional training programs for leisure sports students by means of literary review, surveys and authoritative quotations, and arrives at the conclusion that scientific curriculum planning is the prerequisite for successful professional training and scientific curriculum execution serves to promote the development of leisure sports and cater for the demand of the society. |
