| 摘 要： | 研发管理是技术创新理论体系中的主要内容,研发活动是企业可持续发展和基业长青的重要保障。从创新文化、研发管理和激励机制等三个方面对我国PCB企业的研发现状进行分析和总结,并对我国PCB企业的研发管理变革提出研发管理制度、技术平台建设和合作研发等三个方面的建议。

| Abstract: | Research and development management is the main content of the technology innovation system theory,RD activities are important guarantee for sustainable and everlasting development of enterprises.This paper analyzes and summarizes the RD status of China＇s PCB business from innovation culture,RD management and incentive mechanism three base points,and gives out suggestions on the development of China＇s PCB management of RD management system,technology platform building and cooperative RD. |
