DC/DC开关电源控制方法小信号模型比较

摘    要:在分析电压型、电流型、V2控制和V2C控制小信号模型的基础上,建立了4种控制方法的通用小信号模型,并利用该通用模型对4种控制方法进行了比较,分别从模型和传递函数方面对4种控制方法的控制性能进行了分析.分析表明,电压型控制方法对输入电压变化和负载变化的响应速度慢,而电流型对输入电压变化的响应速度比电压型的快;V2控制引入了输出电压的无延迟反馈,提高了变换器对负载变化的响应速度;V2C控制具有V2控制的良好瞬态特性,同时又可自动实现过流保护.

Abstract:The generalized small signal models of voltage mode control,current mode control,V2 control and V2C control are derived based on analyzing the original small signal model of them.Four control techniques are compared with each other and the control effect of them is analyzed by using the generalized small signal model.It is shown that the transient response of voltage mode control is slow with input voltage variation or load variation;current mode control is faster than voltage mode control with input voltage variation;output voltage non-lag negative feedback is adopted in V2 control.The transient response character is improved with load variation;V2C control can achieve over-current protection automatically with better transient response character.
