钢包密闭喷粉脱硫脱氮的工业试验研究

摘    要:通过在18t钢包上进行的钢包密闭喷粉脱硫脱氮新工艺的试验表明:该工艺在脱硫的同时,能脱除部分钢中氮。验证了在250kg感应炉上的试验结果,为寻求钢液低成本脱硫脱氮方法提供了思路。

Abstract:Experiments on the new process of powder injection into the ladle via an anclosed ladle cover for hot metal desulphurization and denitrification have been carried out in a 18t ladle. The experiments justify the testing results at a 250kg reduction furnace that part of nitrogen in the hot metal can be removed during the desulphurization process and it opens up a new way to the hot metal desulphurization and denitrification with lower cost.
