面向峰谷平衡的商业楼宇空调负荷调控技术

摘    要:近年来,空调负荷的急剧增长已成为季节性电力紧张的最主要原因,部分城市已经超过高峰负荷的30%,峰谷差进一步拉大对电网安全稳定运行产生严重影响。基于商业楼宇空调负荷可控性较大的特点,开展了面向峰谷平衡的商业楼宇空调负荷调控技术研究,提出了可控负荷能力多源信息在线评估方法、基于电网互动与负荷特性的负荷调控策略生成方法、面向电网需求的负荷调控评价指标体系以及基于多元信息实时反馈的负荷闭环调控方法,应用上述技术研制了商业楼宇空调负荷调控系统,实现了用电监测、控制策略生成和执行、调控效果评价等功能。通过试点应用,验证了商业楼宇空调负荷调控技术的可行性以及削峰效果,为空调负荷调控的推广应用提供了理论和实践指导。

Abstract:Recently, the rapid growth of air-conditioning load has become the main cause of seasonal power shortage. And some cities have exceeded the peak load by more than 30%. Further widening of peak-valley difference will have a serious impact on safe and stable power operation. Based on good controllability of air-conditioning load in commercial buildings, research on peak-valley balance is launched, the controllable load capacity method of multi-source information online evaluation put forward, as is the load control strategy of grid generation method based on grid interaction and load characteristics, the evaluation system facing the demand of power grid load regulation and the closed loop load regulation control method based on multiple information real-time feedback. With these technologies, the air-conditioning load control system for commercial buildings has been developed and the functions of electricity monitoring, generation and execution of control strategies and evaluation of regulation realized. Through pilot applications, the feasibility of air-conditioning load regulation technology for commercial buildings has been verified, which provides theoretical and practical guidance for the popularization and application of air-conditioning load regulation.
