| 摘 要： | 介绍了TP2铜管坯水平连铸工艺、设备及主要缺陷。采用水平连铸工艺方式生产TP2铜管坯具有流程短、能耗低、投资省和成本低等优点，然而由于工艺和操作等方面的原因，容易产生一些缺陷，针对缺陷产生的原因，可以通过改进工艺操作来防止或改善。

| Abstract: | The horizontal continuous casting process for TP2 copper tube blanks and the defects in the blanks are described. The process features low energy consumption and low cost. But some defects are found in the blanks, which should be removed through the optimizing of the process. |
