甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐对鹌鹑的急性及蓄积毒性研究

进行甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐（甲维盐）原药对鹌鹑的急性和蓄积毒性试验及该药不同制剂对鹌鹑的急性毒性比较试验。结果表明甲维盐原药对鹌鹑的急性毒性为中毒，受试制剂中0．2％、1％甲维盐EC对鹌鹑为高毒，3％甲维盐WG、5％甲维盐WG、1％甲维盐ME和1．9％甲维盐EC为中毒或中低毒；甲维盐原药对鹌鹑的蓄积毒性为中等蓄积，蓄积染毒中、后期鹌鹑体重和耗食量均显著减少，肺和肾脏的脏器系数与对照有显著性差异，血液血清生化指标中碱性磷酸酶与对照相比显著降低。

Acute and Cumulative Toxicity of Emamectin Benzoate on Japanese Quail

Acute toxicity testing to Japanese quail was conducted with Emamectin benzoate of technical grade and several formulations in insecticide. It indicated that Emamectin benzoate was middle toxicity to Japanese quail, but formulation of 0.2%, 1% EC were highly toxic. Toxicity of the formulations of 3% to 5% WG, 1% ME and 1.9% EC were higer than technical grade of emamectin benzoate. The result of cumulative toxicity testing indicated that emamectin benzoate was moderately cumulative, changes in body weight, appetite, organ relative weight and blood biochemical index parameter were detectable during the testing.
