摘    要:为最大限度地发挥设备的能力,结合济钢中厚板厂目前的工艺装备水平,从轧辊辊型、加热能力、冷床能力、品种板的生产、热送热装五个方面分析了生产计划的优化以及其对中厚板生产的影响,并提出了选用设备允许的最大料型、宽板用宽料型、窄板用窄料型及优先选用多倍尺生产的坯料优化原则。

Abstract:In order to farthest bring into play the ability of equipment, combining equipment level on production line at the medium-heavy plate plant of Jigang, the optimization of production plan as well as the effect of it on medium heavy plate production are analyzed from some aspects included roll pass, heating ability of furnace, cooling ability of cooling bed, production products and hot transporting and hot charging of slab, etc. And the optimization principle of billet material included selecting maximum slab permited by equpment,using wide slab for producing wide product,using narrow slab for producing narrow product,as well as using multiple length slab for producing product are also brought forward.
