| 摘 要： | 首先将编码技术引入到工时定额制定中，通过代码将影响工序时定额的因素特征化、系统化，在此基础上，提出了基于工程图纸矢量化与识别技术的工时定额制度方法，并应用工程图纸识别技术，研究了工时定额制定系统，包括分类编码系统，代码生成系统，计算机辅助工时定额编定系统。

| Abstract: | Firstly, a coding technology is introduced in the formulation of time quota and the influencing factors of time quota are characterized and systematized by means of the codes, then a method of formulating time quota based on engineering drawing vectorization and recognition technology is put forward, and a time quota formulation system using engineering drawing recognition technology is studied, including a classification and coding system, a code generating system and a computer aided time quota formulation system. |
