毫米波波导到微带转换的研究

本文应用谱域法结合留数计算理论计算了Ka,Q和W波段微带到矩形波导转换的输入阻抗。分析中考虑了介质层的影响。其中ka波段的计算结果与文献发表结果相比一致性较好，研究了微带长度和短路面位置对输入阻抗的影响，并且对传换结构尺寸进行了优化，给出了三个波段的最佳结构尺寸。

A Study of Millimeter-wave Waveguide to Microstrip Transitions

In this paper,the spectral-domain techique and a residue cal- culus theory are used to compute the input impedance of microstrip to rectan- gular waveguide transititon at Ka,Q and W-Band.The effects of the die- lectric layer are considered in the present analysis.The compared results at Ka Band agree well with those published in the literature.The dependence of input impedance on the microstrip probe length and backshort location is inves- stigated.The transition dimensions are optimized and the optimized results at Ka,Q and W Bands are given.
