摘    要:330 kV景阳变电站导电杆固定金具产生开裂现象,通过对设计、制造、安装等环节进行查证与分析,从现场考察收集大量证据,采用受力分析、材料检验等方法,对固定导电杆的金具断裂原因进行分析研究,证实开裂原因与设计、制造、安装等环节有关,针对此情况提出了解决的措施。

Abstract:The fixed hardware of conducting rod cracked in 330kV Jingyang substation,thus investigation and analysis had been prosecuted from design,manufacture,and installation.The paper makes analysis on the reason of hardware cracking through adopting force analysis and materials test,thereby proves the cracking is affected by design,manufacture and installation,and proposes solving methods according to the situation.
