摘    要:为解决大豆除草剂氯嘧磺隆在土壤中残留时间长的问题,从氯嘧磺隆残留土壤中分离出一株高效降解氯嘧磺隆的真菌,经鉴定为丛梗孢目丛梗孢科曲霉属中的黄曲霉,命名为Q6。用生物测定方法测定氯嘧磺隆在土壤中的残留量,Q6在pH为6.5、温度为28℃、湿度为60%、接种量为10%、氯嘧磺隆质量分数为10μg/kg时,达到最佳降解率,在土壤中培养30 d氯嘧磺隆的降解率为94.88%。在氯嘧磺隆残留土壤中施用Q6的油菜出苗率由10%提高到80%,35 d后,油菜的株高和鲜重均达到对照的90%左右,不施用Q6的只有对照的45%左右,结果表明Q6能高效降解土壤中残留的氯嘧磺隆,对被氯嘧磺隆毒害的土壤有很好的修复作用。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of soybean herbicide chlorimuron-ethyl residues in soil for too long time,one strain degrading soybean herbicide chlorimuron-ethyl was isolated and identified as Aspergillus flavus,which named Q6.The residue degradation of the chlorimuron-ethyl in the soil was analyzed and the optimum condition was as follows: pH 6.5,temperature 28 ℃,humidity 60%,inoculum 10% and the concentration of chlorimuron-ethyl 10 μg/kg,in which the degradation rate can reached to 94.88% after 30 days.Rape plant could grow normally in the soil with chlorimuron-ethyl and its emergence rate was increased from 10% to 80% when Q6 was used.The height and fresh weight reached to about 90% with Q6 but only 45% of the control was obtained without Q6.The results showed that Q6 could efficiently degrade the residue of chlorimuron-ethyl exhibiting a prothetic effect on the contaminated soil.
