淀积—热压工艺的理论模型及ZnSe多晶的实验结果

摘    要:本文提出了一种多晶制做的新型工艺并阐述了其理论模型.这种工艺利用了淀积和热压制备多晶的优点.理论和ZnSe多晶的实验结果都表明这种工艺可以改善淀积多晶光学性能和机械性能.

Abstract:In this paper,a new polycrystal-manufacturing technology and its theoretic model are expounded.The technology takes advantage of both vapor deposition and hot pressing. The principle of the technology and the experiment results of ZnSe polycrystal show that optical and mechanical properties can be improved by using the technology mentioned above.
